NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the By-Laws of ANCHOR COVE TOWNHOMES Association, Inc., the Board of Directors will meet on the following date, time, and place. This meeting is being held for the purposes of (i) considering the 2023 Estimated Operating Budget, and (ii) any other business that may lawfully be conducted. Accordingly, please be advised that the amount of assessments and the nature of the assessments will be considered at this meeting.
