Mirabay Architectural Review Committee (MARC) meets are held every other Thursday via zoom.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the By-Laws of Bay Breeze at MiraBay Association, Inc., the Board of Directors will meet on the following date, time, and place. This meeting is being held for the purposes of (i) considering the 2024 Estimated Operating Budget, and (ii) any other business that may lawfully be conducted. Accordingly, please be advised that the amount of assessments and the nature of the assessments will be considered at this meeting. This meeting will be held virtually only (not in person) in order to obtain the board quorum required to call meeting to order.
